What we did

For Pearvy Place, we designed two plans 1845 SF plans. The plan was designed with first floor living and has 2 beds/2.5 baths. The second floor also has a separate bonus room with cathedral ceilings. The exteriors were designed with a modern farmhouse aesthetic to fit in with the first phase of this development.
