What we did

The 4916 Park Street ADU was a renovation of a garage apartment. The existing structure featured 5-foot ceilings in the garage! During construction, the structure was raised roughly three feet to make this a functional space.

During the renovation, we were able to preserve much of the existing floor plan; however, we redesigned a few of the spaces to be more functional with today's standards.
