What we did

2120 Emancipation Avenue is a renovation to an existing structure that was originally built in 1929. We were able to maintain the first floor as a business occupancy. The second level was originally a hotel with 12 rooms.

The renovation involved splitting the first floor into multiple tenant spaces, which required the creation of multiple bathrooms and a break area for employees. The second level was converted into one large residential suite.
